Data processed
When you use the contact form, the following data may be processed: full name, organisation, email address, optional telephone number, subject and content of the request.
Cloudflare also processes technical data strictly required to deliver, secure and protect the form, including connection information and the outcome of the Turnstile verification.
Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Without this information and acceptance of the checkbox, NEOSERA Conseil will not be able to receive or process the request through the form.
Purposes and legal basis
The data is used to:
- receive, assess and respond to your request;
- arrange an initial discussion and prepare a potential professional relationship where appropriate;
- secure the form and prevent automated or abusive submissions.
Processing of information submitted through the form is based on your consent, expressed by selecting the checkbox. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address above, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out. Technical protection of the website and abuse prevention are based on NEOSERA Conseil’s legitimate interest in securing its service.
Recipients
The data is available only to the NEOSERA International communications department and persons authorised to handle the request. Cloudflare acts as a technical service provider for hosting, Turnstile protection and delivery of the email notification. Google acts as an audience measurement provider only for visitors who have accepted Google Analytics.
The information is not sold, rented or used for electronic marketing without an appropriate legal basis.
Retention period
Requests that do not lead to a contractual relationship are retained for no longer than three years from receipt or the last voluntary contact from the individual. A different period may apply when required to perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Technical security data is retained only for the time strictly necessary to detect and address incidents and abuse.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some Cloudflare services may involve processing from countries outside the European Union. Cloudflare states that such processing is governed by safeguards provided for under applicable law. Only data necessary to operate and secure the service is concerned.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, data portability or restriction of processing. You may also withdraw your consent and, where processing is based on legitimate interests, object on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Cookies and audience measurement
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and technical website performance in aggregate. Cloudflare states that this tool does not set cookies, track visitors across websites or collect personal data. This processing serves NEOSERA Conseil’s legitimate interest in understanding traffic and maintaining website performance.
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept audience measurement. It measures pages viewed, clicks to the Contact page or email address, and successful form delivery. No form field, name, email address, telephone number, organisation or free-text message is sent to Google Analytics.
Processing is based on your consent. If you refuse, no Google Analytics script or request is triggered. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the “Manage cookies” button.
After acceptance, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies to distinguish visits. Their lifetime is limited to a maximum of thirteen months. The strictly necessary neosera_analytics_consent cookie stores your acceptance or refusal for six months and is not used for audience measurement.
Google Analytics data may be processed outside the European Union. Google states that it governs these transfers through mechanisms provided by applicable law. Advertising features, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are not used.
Turnstile is used only to protect the form against abuse. Any technical storage it uses is strictly necessary for that security purpose.
